How should a fitness technology startup evaluate live group coaching scalability versus recorded content models?

Hi,
That makes a lot of sense, and there's certainly some differentiation there. But since it sounds like the model is closer to Peleton than to Future, one of the things that makes Peleton works is that you can take a Peleton class anytime - even years after the original class took place - and still get almost as much value from the class that you would as if you had taken it live (except for the "Congrats onthe 1,000th ride" shoutouts). You will deliver more value than Peleton since you are looking at live metrics (which the Peleton coach either doesn't see, or doesn't comment on) but you are limiting yourslef to those people who take it live. I don't know what percent of Peleton folks ride live or do the pre-recorded rides but Im guessing it's less than 5%. I suppose you could use AI to have an avatar coach deliver real-time feedback regardless of when you do the workout . . . but that's not the same thing.
But here's my big question which, now that I have a rough idea of what you're doing ... where are you in the process? Is the product live now? Do you have members? Are you charging? What kind of consumer behaviour (metrics) are you tracking / seeing? (This isn't a homework assignment, but if you eventually begin asking more specific company building advice it's the first think I'll need to know..
