What evidence do investors expect when a startup pitches a data-driven network effect or flywheel?

Hi,

This looks great on paper, but flywheels don't spin themselves. Seeding the index with 200 call sheets from your old company is a nice head start, but data by itself doesn't mean much.

The real test isn't the data you already own. It's getting that first outside producer to hand over their inbox keys. That takes a massive amount of trust. If they don't trust you, the flywheel never even starts.

When you asked what an investor wants to see, I said that you "talk about "accellerating the flywheel" but what I really want to see is evidence of the actual flywheel that my money will accelerate".

One of us is missing the point: either you actually already have a flywheel spinning and I didn't understand, or you havd to understant that what an investor wants to see if "evidence" (and I'll repeat that "evidence") that you have a flywheel that their money will help accelerate.

So before you get too deep into the agentic workflow, focus on the single most important transaction. Can you get one real, independent producer to connect their drive, find a crew member, and actually make a booking?

I'd like how well thought out the workflowis, but what an investor really wants to see is that first real transaction in action.
