How can peer communities help founders navigate the psychological strain of building a company?

Hey, I totally agree with you. A huge value in community is therapy. It's very much the reason why I'm doing what I'm doing now and have this community.

I've just found, after so many years of doing entrepreneurial communities, that so many of the things a founder struggles with mentally are almost identical to the exact same things other people are struggling with. Just being able to share that is helpful, not to mention the fact that we can exchange ideas for dealing with it. It takes what is a very lonely profession and helps make it a group one.

I'm not sure whether, in your hand-raise, you were looking for a specific question or whether you just wanted to share that observation. If it's the latter, wonderful—I really appreciate it. If it's the former, make it a bit more clear what it is I can give you feedback on.

Thanks for the shout.
