Would Marc Randolph ever consider returning to run a company full-time, and what opportunities would interest him?

Hi,

The short answer is a flat no. I have absolutely zero desire to go back to running a company full-time.

If I did I would look at some category that had long been protected by it's size, or by government regulations, or by some other barrier that might have made it impossible to take on ... and then I would see how AI might let me disrupt them.

But while I would love to do it from an intellectual pursuit, I'm going to resist the temptation. I'll have to get my entrepreneurial fix from helping all of you.
