How should founders scope a complex, multi-platform media project at the beginning?

Hi,
I'll start by saying I'm not entirely sure what you are asking. Help me get a better idea of what you mean by "I need help getting this off the ground".
But even without knowing that, I will share one things I've noticed: the thing you want to get off the ground sounds beautiful, but it also sounds extremely heavy, complicated, and massive - so getting it off the ground not simply done with a balloon or two . . .you are going to need a fleet of blimps to lift that sucker.
It's sounds like you're trying to build a massive, multi-platform ecosystem on day one. Films, podcasts, immersive exhibits, long-term IP—it’s too much. You’re trying to build the summit of the mountain before you’ve even laced up your boots.
So do let me know more specifically what you're asking about. But in the meantime, don't get all infatuated with the grand platform. Start by starting with the single most compelling 9/11 hospitality story you have? How can you share that one story using one medium to a focused group of people.
We can talk more once you give me a better idea how I can help.
