Should an expert advisory platform focus primarily on human interaction or AI-driven advice?

Hi,

I’d put the core value in access to the right humans.

Here’s why: AI is going to crush anything that looks like generic advice, pattern matching, or synthesized knowledge. That becomes cheap fast. So if your business is “AI helps people get answers,” you’re standing in front of an oncoming train.

What stays valuable (and I personally will stay valuable for quite a while) is judgment: nuance, taste, context, accountability, and the confidence that comes from hearing, “I’ve been where you are, and here’s what I’d do.”

So I’d build Roompass around who gets access to whom, when, and why. Make the human interaction the product.

Then use AI ruthlessly in support: matching, summarizing, prep, follow-up, extracting patterns from conversations, helping users ask better questions, helping experts scale without losing authenticity.

The hard part is not going to be adding AI. The hard part is creating a network where the advice is so relevant and trustworthy that people will pay for it.

And if this sounds somehow familiar . . . it's because this is the same premise that we're using for Wisen. Since it's about helping me (and other mentors) reach people more effetively, we had to think about what categories AI would crush us and be careful to stay out of the way.

But the more the merrier. There are plenty of entrepreneurs (and others) who need help. Let's help them.
