How should creative founders use short-form content to validate larger projects?

Hi,
Sorry about that ... we had a bit of a technical issue which delayed my response. Not a normal thing.
Anyway, congrats on premiering at the 9/11 Museum. That’s real validation, so take a second to appreciate it.
(But I'm a little confused . . . is the feature doc premiering there? Or is it just an opportunity to show your short pieces?)
But either way, I love the idea of doing a bunch of short stuff and gettingt those in front of people quikly. It’s will be easy to get distracted trying to make every single short piece perfect. Think of those short pieces as quick, cheap experiments. Their only job is to collide your message with the audience and see what actually hooks people. Don't treat them as precious. If your content and message is resonating, it will work even if the polish on the products is less than what you know might be possible.
Use those quick insights to fuel what goes into the eventual push on your feature (and future content). Make sure you've identified what is the single, most critical outcome you need from that museum premiere? Focus your energy on nailing that one thing.
