I’d tell them this: your idea isn’t precious—your *learning* is. Fall in love with the problem, not your solution. Talk to customers sooner than you’re comfortable. Move faster than feels safe. Preserve cash like oxygen. And remember: confidence isn’t stubbornness. The best founders aren’t the smartest in the room—they’re the quickest to change their mind when reality disagrees.
